We are currently seeking candidates for Doctors of Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant positions.
The Physical Therapist is a member of the team who provides rehabilitation care to the patients based on thorough evaluation, best scientific and clinical evidence, in close co-operation with the patients medical team and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Possesses a degree from an accredited Doctor Of Physical Therapy program or a comparable foreign institution.
- Is licensed or working toward licensure to practice as a physical therapist within the State of California.
- Prior experience as a physical therapist is a plus, but more emphasis is placed on learning aptitude, manual skills and critical thinking.
- Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
The Physical Therapy Assistant is a member of the team who provides rehabilitation care under supervision of a physical therapist.
- Possesses a degree from a physical therapy assistant program approved by an accredited organization. Foreign educated PTAs are welcome.
- Is licensed to practice as a physical therapy assistant within the State of California.
- Has at least two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapy assistant in an orthopedic /sports rehabilitation setting
- Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification and required continuing education.
