Dr. Megan Steele holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Mount St. Mary’s University. She received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and Chemistry from Northern Arizona University, and a masters degree in Exercise Physiology from California University of Pennsylvania. Prior to physical therapy school, she worked as an exercise physiologist in a cardiac rehab unit of a hospital.
With a passion for helping clients to achieve success through several modalities, Dr. Steele continues to explore continuing education and training in visceral movement therapy, cupping and myo-fascial release.
She believes that it is important to look at the many bodily systems collectively than individually. This gives her an advantage in solving bodily challenges other therapists can't solve.
Dr. Steele is an avid tennis player and has a background in swimming, yoga, and pilates. She loves to stay fit while enjoying all of the beautiful hiking trails Southern California has to offer.
